Advanced Craft (GOLD Card)

The Advanced Craft/Supervisory card is suitable for those who have :

Achieved an NVQ or SVQ level 3
Completed an approved indentured apprenticeship (e.g.with NJCBI, BATJIC etc.)
Completed an employer sponsored apprenticeship which included the achievement of a City and Guilds of London Institute Advanced Craft Certificate.

Before applying for this card, you must pass the CITB Health, Safety & Environment Test. Depending on what your occupation is you should take the Operative or the Specialist test. For Supervisory occupations you should take the Supervisors test.

The Advanced Craft/Supervisory card is valid for five years and is renewable on application. Book your test with Construction Awards online or by calling us on 0203 689 6685. Our Wembley test centre is perfect for those located in Queensbury, Stonebridge or Hammersmith and Fulham.

CITB approved test centre

CSCS delivers a scheme for UK industry that confirms individuals working in the building sector have the necessary competence.

The Scheme keeps a database of those construction workers that achieve, or can demonstrate they have already attained an agreed level of occupational competence.

From July 2014 applicants for CSCS green cards will need to achieve a new qualification.
